TDP have successfully made the transition from the old quality standard of ISO 9001:2008 to ISO 9001:2015
ISO 9001 is a standard that sets out the requirements for a quality management system. It helps businesses to focus on improved efficiency and customer satisfaction.
As an efficient and customer focussed business already, TDP sailed through the pre-audit requirements and passed the full audit with zero non-conformities.
The TDP team responded positively to the changes to some of the current practices and feel that the increased focus on improving efficiencies is always a good thing for the business, as it challenges the way some tasks have been done and as a direct result brings about refreshing changes that we all need every now and again.
Alison, Commercial Director of TDP, says we hope that continuing to improve our customer satisfaction through such accreditations gives all of our customers the confidence they are dealing with reputable company that puts their customers first.

The team on the stand (F18), will be imparting their knowledge on not only the considerable number of the features and benefits of TDP’s recycled plastic furniture and garden planters, but the process on how the plastic waste we all put into our recycling bins gets made into a bench or a picnic table.
