TDP have successfully made the transition from the old quality standard of ISO 9001:2008 to ISO 9001:2015
ISO 9001 is a standard that sets out the requirements for a quality management system. It helps businesses to focus on improved efficiency and customer satisfaction.
As an efficient and customer focussed business already, TDP sailed through the pre-audit requirements and passed the full audit with zero non-conformities.
The TDP team responded positively to the changes to some of the current practices and feel that the increased focus on improving efficiencies is always a good thing for the business, as it challenges the way some tasks have been done and as a direct result brings about refreshing changes that we all need every now and again.
